Trinity Town Council Council Minutes November 10, 2025
The Town of Trinity met at a regularly scheduled Council Meeting in the Trinity Municipal Building with Mayor Vaughn Goodwin calling the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
Members present were Beth Burden, Brandi Logston, Mayor Vaughn Goodwin, Lainie Alexander, Jared Terry, and
Gordon Burden. Absent were none.
Motion made to approve the minutes of the Work Session October 27, 2025 by Beth with a 2nd by Brandi. All voted yes. Jared abstained.
Motion made to approve the minutes of the Council Meeting October 27, 2025 by Brandi with a 2nd by Lainie. All voted yes. Jared abstained.
Motion made to approve the minutes of the Organizational Meeting November 3, 2025 by Brandi with a 2nd by Jared. All voted yes.
Motion made to approve the bills in the amount of $24,476.54 by Beth with a 2nd by Lainie. All voted yes.
Motion made to approve $2,671.00 to Morgan County Economic Development Association for annual membership by Lainie with a 2nd by Brandi. All voted yes.
Motion made to approve allowing Justin Dunn to roll over 82 vacation hours into RSA-1 by Beth with a 2nd by Lainie. All voted yes.
Motion made to approve or deny hiring all employees in “Attachment A” by Brandi with a 2nd by Lainie. All voted yes.
Motion made to approve hiring part time employees Kevin Davenport and David Hicks by Brandi with a 2nd by Beth. All voted yes.
*** Reminders - Tree Lighting December 4th at 4:30 p.m.; Parade – December 6th at 10:00 a.m.
Motion made to adjourn by Brandi with a 2nd by Lainie at 5:32 p.m. All voted yes.
