NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION FOR
AMENDING THE TRINITY ZONING ORDINANCE
THERE WILL BE A PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE TRINITY TOWN COUNCIL ON Monday, April 1, 2025 AT 5:30 P.M. IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF THE TRINITY MUNICIPAL BUILDING FOR THE PURPOSE OF HEARING ANY AND ALL PERSONS WISHING TO SPEAK IN FAVOR OF OR OPPOSED TO THE FOLLOWING PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE TRINITY ZONING ORDINANCE MAP.
The Amending of the The Trinity Zoning Ordinance District Area, Height, and Setback Regulations minimum square footage in R-4 Townhouse/Duplex from a minimum livable floor area (heated) from 850 sf per unit to 1000 sf per unit.
IT IS ALSO THE PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE TO INFORM THE PUBLIC THAT THE TRINITY TOWN COUNCIL WILL RECOMMEND APPROVAL, DISAPPROVAL OR MODIFYING SAID PROPOSED ZONING ORDINANCE MAP CHANGE AT ITS MEETING TO BE HELD MONDAY, April 1, 2025 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING SAID PUBLIC HEARING.
